What to include
A few details help us fix things faster:
- your iPhone model, iOS version and the version of the Edge Offload app;
- the glasses you are using;
- whether you were at home, at work, or at a venue, and the venue's name if you know it;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Please do not send photos or recordings of other people.
Getting the app
The Edge Offload app is in pre-release testing with invited testers. To ask about joining, or about a pilot at your venue or office, email us.
Your data
The Edge Offload box does not store camera frames or audio, and it deletes session results when the session ends. To ask what we hold about you, or to delete your device registration, email us. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Reporting a security problem
If you find a security vulnerability in the app, a box, or our service, email drew@edgeoffload.com with "Security" in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you share it publicly. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that avoids harm to people, their data, and venues.
